How to use
- Start with dry skin, before you shower.
- Begin at your feet and brush upward in long strokes, toward your heart.
- Use light pressure. It should feel invigorating, never scratchy.
- Shower, then moisturize.
- Use 2 to 3 times a week. Skip your face and any broken, irritated, or sunburned skin.
Care
Keep it dry between uses. Every couple of weeks, wash the bristles with a little soap and water and set it bristle-side down to dry. Don't soak the wood.
